Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

• Customized packaging designs, structure drawings, artwork files, measurements, printing layouts, and sample products;
• Development templates, design concepts, technical data, and project specifications;
• Any customer-provided business information, product data, pricing, branding, or unpublished materials;
• Any other non-public information disclosed by the customer.

Confidential information does not include information that:

• Is publicly available;
• Becomes public without violation of this Agreement;
• Was already lawfully in our possession before disclosure;
• Is independently developed without using customer information.

We strictly protect Customer Content and agree that:

• Customer designs, samples, templates, or project data will not be sold, shared, disclosed, or provided to any third party without the customer’s written authorization;
• Customer packaging designs, templates, or samples will not be used to produce products for any other customer or market category without prior written consent;
• All confidential materials will be handled securely and only used for the customer’s project;
• If requested, customer information, files, and samples will be returned or permanently deleted.

All intellectual property rights to customized packaging, designs, templates, artwork, and related files belong to the customer.

• We will not claim ownership, trademark rights, copyright, or design rights over customer content.
• No part of customer designs will be replicated, registered, modified, or sold without authorization.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect customer data.
All customer information is processed in compliance with applicable privacy standards.

By submitting project information, quotations, artwork, or samples through this site, you confirm ownership and permission to share the materials.
We are not responsible for inaccurate or unauthorized submissions provided by third parties.

In the event of a breach of confidentiality, affected customers may pursue legal remedies, including compensation for direct losses and associated damages.

This Agreement remains in effect throughout the business relationship

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
